welcome

A Peak Church

who are we?

We are a very small rural church for the people of Bakewell and the surrounding villages, farms and hamlets that make up the Peak District National Park.

We would love to hear from you if you have questions about Christianity, if you are thinking of re-connecting with Christ’s church, if you are on holiday, or you are considering a move to the Peak District.

Meetings

We have two regular weekly meetings that may help you connect with us:

  • Wednesdays in a village or Bakewell home (at 7pm)

  • Sundays in Bakewell (at 4pm)

We will usually pray, sing and look at the bible together at our meetings - Oh and food often features too!

SUNDAY

BAKEWELl

4pm @MEDWAy

On Sundays, we usually gather together for at 4pm in the Medway Community Centre in Bakewell.

Our Sunday meeting lasts about an hour and is a deliberately low-key (no dress code) whole family gathering that includes a 20-25min bible-based talk.

Afterwards, we usually have a shared tea together which you’d be welcome to stay for.
